The wine

Taittinger Brut Réserve is undoubtedly one of the finest non-vintage Champagnes on the market. A blend emanating from over 35 vineyards and vintages of the three classic varieties, with a clear predominance of Chardonnay (40-45%), a rare occurrence among cuvées with no vintage.

After a minimum of three years spent in the cellars, maturing and acquiring complexity, the Taittinger Brut Réserve becomes a sublime product and reliably constant as regards quality, a Champagne which gains followers all over the world year on year. When you uncork a bottle, you'll enjoy an intense wine, with ripe fruit (peach), white flowers, vanilla and hints of toasted bread on the nose, a wine with plenty of body and a decidedly mineral tautness on the palate, a well-balanced and elegant Champagne with a honeyed finish.

However, the Taittinger dynasty goes back a long way....
