Based on the 2018 vintage and disgorged this year, the NV Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs derives from vines growing in the chalky Côteaux Sud d’Épernay. Unwinding in the glass with notions of crisp green apple, nougat, fresh bread and Meyer lemon, it's medium to full-bodied, chiseled and chalky, with tangy acids and a long, saline finish even in this demonstrative vintage.
presenta di colore giallo paglierino brillante; il perlage è finissimo e persistente accompagnato da spuma abbondante e cremosa. Al naso esprime elegantinotedi agrumi e frutta fresca. In bocca, si esprime con gradevole freschezza, delicato e setoso con eleganti nuances mandorle tostate e minerali.

Champagne estelar
Una de mis casas de champagne preferidas, y ésta es una de sus mejores botellas. Complejo y a la vez puro, amplio, de burbuja perfecta y color impecable. Todo lo que debería ser un abrazo champagne

Cremoso y delicado. Con sus notas de bollería, la frescura del Chardonnay… Complejo y, a la vez, muy fácil de beber. Una delicia.
