Champagne Vranken Demoiselle Rosé E.O.

How pleasant it is to look at the color of this rosé champagne in the glass; the fine bubbles take on many facets which further enhance its slightly salmon-pink colors. Its nose is direct and straightforward, without waiting it reveals its secrets to us and it is a nice cocktail of red fruits that reveals itself, passing from wild strawberries to raspberries. As if to support this fruit bowl, some notes of toast and pastries appear delicately. The appetizer is only the confirmation of these olfactory sensations, it gives us a nice alternation between the vinosity of the wine and a most interesting freshness which gives it a real meaning.
