The wine
The Egérie de Pannier cuvée is the promise of an exceptional tasting.
The dress of rare elegance is characterized by a deep blond gold and a fine and persistent effervescence. The powerful and fiery nose reveals aromas of white and yellow fruits before developing more mature notes of dried fruits and candied citrus fruits. On the palate, the attack is frank, lively without being devoid of finesse and balance. It reveals a complex palette of flavors reminiscent of the zesty freshness of Chardonnay but also the fullness of Pinot Noir.
