Colet Viticultors defies all conventions with Vatua! Rosé, a sparkling wine unlike any other.

Its name — a Catalan expression of surprise, something like "wow!" — fits it perfectly: this sparkling rosé is an explosion of freshness, originality and joy.

Made using the traditional method, it starts from a completely unusual base for a rosé sparkling wine: Gewürztraminer and Muscat, two aromatic white varieties that give it a floral and exotic expression, with notes of rose petals, lychee, jasmine and fresh grapes. But the brilliant twist lies in the final touch: instead of the classic dosage, Colet adds a small percentage of Garnacha tinta wine, which not only provides the vivid pink hue, but also a subtle hint of red fruit — without sweetening the wine or compromising its purity.

What does it taste like?

Fine bubbles and a floral aromatic profile, with notes of white fruit, petals and that subtle red touch reminiscent of currants and raspberries.
