The wine
The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva by Villa Poggio Salvi is the result of research dedicated to obtaining a wine with an even greater structure than the basic Brunello di Montalcino. The ten months of further rest in oak barrels give the wine even greater balance by developing more complex flavors and aromas tending to tertiary, as well as increasing longevity making it the flagship of the winery's products.
