The wine
Vaona Amarone Paverno is a wine with great personality, garnet red in color. The nose is particularly intense, with a characteristic hint of cherry enriched with spicy notes. In the mouth it reveals an elegant tannins, balance and power. It goes well with dishes rich in taste, such as mushroom risotto, lamb, red meats and game. Excellent to combine with aged cheeses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
