The wine
Alcoholic fermentation in small steel vats at a controlled temperature; maceration in steel for about 10 days; malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Bright ruby red color, notes of ripe cherry. Soft and velvety tannins with a good aftertaste persistence.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
