The wine
From the vineyards of Castiglione, on the north side of Etna, this rosé has a cherry color with hints of orange. Elegant, wide, fruity nose, with notes of melon and small berries. Mineral, even in the mouth it is fresh, but with character and structure, with a persistent finish. Ideal in combination with fish and white meats.
