Cordero San Giorgio Pinot Grigio Katari

Pale straw yellow color, the nose is expressed with fresh floral and fruity aromas of pear, apple and jasmine. Wine with a dry and medium body, with a marked acidity that gives it freshness. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, with good persistence with a mineral note in the finish. Ideal as an aperitif and in combination with fish appetizers and white meats, such as rabbit and poultry. It also goes well with salads, light and velvety soups and fish first courses.
