Gran blanco para deleitarse en su complejidad de aromas y boca. Buen equilibrio entre una nariz mineral/gaseosa, una entrada en boca dulce y un final correctamente astringente y mineral que pide seguir bebiendo. Recomiendo dejarlo respirar un poco en botella antes de consumir para que se abran los aromas herbaceos.

Manteniendo la frescura y acidez de la región, tiene un notable equilibrio, al que los años han ayudado mucho. Es agradable y largo en boca y acompaña perfecamente carnes blancas y mariscos.
