The wine
Intense and elegant ruby red in colour, full and complex bouquet, fruity with hints of plum, cherry jam and hints of slightly spiced tobacco. A wine of great body, soft and full of noble tannins, with a finish that includes notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Classic with red meats, game, robust first courses. A meditative wine.
