A wonderful, complex manzanilla

Immensely complex manzanilla with briny, sea breeze aromas that are replicated in the pungent seaweed-l;ike palate. There are also notes of cashew nuts, mature cheese, forest floor and even mushrooms. It is immensely refreshing but keeps changing with air. A little beauty.

Sans faute !

A ce prix, on est en droit d'attendre une manzanilla exceptionnelle, et c'est bien le cas. Très beau prélude pour une soirée en tête à tête.
