The wine
The Canaiolo of Podere Fontesecca is the clear expression of its territory with its intense purple red color; the nose releases hints of small red fruits, floral notes of dog rose, violets and laurel and finely spiced touches of cinnamon, the sip is lively and balanced, refreshing, very elegant; characterized by flavor and balsamic notes. Definitely a wine that can accompany the suckling pig in porchetta, the fillet with green pepper, strozzapreti with meat sauce and game salami.
