The wine
This Sicilian wine is produced in a limited edition celebrating the Planeta winery. In the glass it has a yellow color with golden hues; the nose expresses character and intensity, thanks to floral and exotic fruit and citrus notes, and then gives way to sensations of dried fruit and mineral touches. The sip is characteristic, intense and deep, well balanced by an excellent freshness and savory and toasted touches. Along the finish. Important white, to be combined with fish steaks in sauce and delicately spiced white meats.
