The Orsolani Winery was one of the first companies to understand the potential of the Erbaluce di Caluso grape to produce Classic Method sparkling wine. Just to demonstrate this, this wine was born which in recent years has been gaining increasing interest.
Bright, straw yellow in color, fine perlage. The scent of boulangerie pleasantly teases the nose, while intriguing notes of dried fruit are felt. On the palate it is fresh, dense, mineral. Long lasting aromas develop in the mouth: citrus, cedar, but also sweet notes of honey and a pleasant hint of hazelnut.
A good wine both as an aperitif and as a whole meal, it goes perfectly with appetizers based on vegetables, crustaceans or shellfish in sauce.

Serve between 4ºC and 6ºC

Lo he encontrado muy agradable tanto como sabor como del perlage (burbujas) fino y persistente. Para repetir.
