Novaia Valpolicella Classico

Ruby red color of medium intensity, lively if young; the fragrant nose, with delicate, floral, slightly fruity aromas (of fresh black cherry), combined with hints of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper); on the palate it has moderate alcohol and tannins, good acidity, medium structured, savory, fresh, great drinking. Excellent in combination with red meat, game and game dishes; also perfect with cheese.
