Mesa Vermentino Opale

Mesa Opale is a deep and elegant white, with a clear Mediterranean appeal, a Vermentino that in a few years has established itself as a reference for its production area thanks to an uncommon expressiveness. Bright straw yellow with golden reflections, the nose expresses delicate mineral notes well blended with a fruity and floral background. Hints of ripe fruit, cooked apple and jasmine open up to a full and enveloping taste, crossed by a marked trace of flavor. Soft, silky wine with a clean finish, looking for important gastronomic combinations, both fish (also grilled) and meat, preferably white.
