Intense purplish red almost impenetrable, the nose is elegant, sweet and captivating, with all the fruity notes characteristic of Barbera. Thanks to its structure and concentration it offers the palate sensations that only great wines can give; reveals a decisive character in the softness given by ripe grapes and aging. Ideal pairing with fresh egg pasta flavored with rich and tasty sauces, with main courses of meat such as sumptuous boiled meat mixed with Piedmont and stewed meat. Excellent even if paired with medium-aged cow's milk cheeses.
