The wine
The vineyard is located on the north slope of the Etna volcano, 650 meters above sea level. Intense and bright ruby red in the glass, the nose has typical red fruit aromas with strong mineral puffs. Full-bodied tasting, similar to Burgundy wines, elegant, fresh, ideal with seasoned meats and cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
