The wine
Prosecco Alice PS Integrale is a graceful and elegant sparkling wine that invites the sip. At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage; the nose expresses notes of peach and pear with hints of lavender and hazelnut. Very pleasant and fine. The sip is intense and harmonious, dry, pasty and savory. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with delicious vegetable-based preparations such as a savory pie with courgettes and cooked ham or spaghetti with tomato and basil.
