La Monacesca Verdicchio di Matelica Mirum

Monacesca Mirum is a pleasant fruity and floral medium-bodied white wine. It has an intense straw yellow color. The nose expresses engaging fruity and floral hints, with elegant notes of exotic fruit, chamomile, anise, pear, almond, bergamot, vanilla and a mineral nuance. In the mouth it appears soft, fresh, enveloping and with good persistence. Excellent on seafood recipes: stewed, grilled, steamed, fried fish.
