La Guardiense Janare Sannio Piedirosso

Wine with an intense color with garnet nuances, the scent of cherry sensations blend with the vanilla ones given by the passage in barrels. The taste is enveloping and intense, with delicate and soft tannins that give it a good persistence. Ideal for dishes based on vegetables and legumes, typical of the Mediterranean tradition or with tomato sauce. Excellent in combination with chicken meat, rabbit alla cacciatora, meat with pizzaiola, eggplant or zucchini parmigiana, and, why not, with cod with pizzaiola or other fish in soup and also with fresh cheeses and capicollo.
