Review

Curiosity and interest led oenologist Jordi Oliver to improve his knowledge of the Verdejo variety, a wine rich in aromas and offering countless wine-making possibilities.

Having located a vineyard at an altitude of 700 metres, where the diurnal temperatures were very favourable for good ripening of the grape clusters, Jordi decided to make this white wine that shows great varietal expression, with aromas of aniseed and fennel, white flowers, expressive, generous and with good structure. A Verdejo with a crisply fresh finish and, naturally, that typically bitter touch at the very end, characteristic of this variety.

A straw-yellow colour, the wine exhibits aniseed and fennel aromas on the nose, along with hints of white flowers in full blossom. It is structured, generous and full, with a pleasant mid-palate. The finish shows freshness and concludes with the typical Verdejo touch of bitterness.
