The wine

With Vintage Tunina, a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana and Picolit grapes, Jermann wants to create a wine capable of aging while keeping intact freshness, purity and intensity of aromas, as well as important minerality. The result is a perfect wine, extraordinarily balanced.

Bright and bright straw yellow color, with persuasive golden reflections. The nose is intense, complex, bewitching with its notes of wild flowers, honey, vanilla, exotic fruit, yellow flesh peach and citrus fruits. On the palate it is warm, soft, fresh, fruity and full-bodied. A very harmonious wine, with a full structure and exceptional persistence. The delicious aromas of frangipani cream and freshly picked ripe apricot fill the mouth and seem to never end.

It goes well with truffled first courses, fish ravioli, scallops, lobster, crab and lobster.

The Jermann farmland cultivated with the organic...
