Gutiérrez Colosía Amontillado Solera Familiar

The NV Amontillado Solera Familiar shows the dark amber color of an old wine. The nose has some Oloroso notes, because the oxidative aging has probably been quite long, full of nuts, hints of Armagnac, with some volatility. The palate is surprisingly balanced and round, all the corners have been polished by time, more elegant than you expect.
