The wine
The Carjcanti is an almost pure Carricante, in which flows a small balance of Albanello, a vine historically present in the vineyards of the area of production, the agro of Chiaramonte Gulfi. The lively acidity, the prevailing sensations of Mediterranean herbs suggest to combine it with the most demanding fish, molluscs and seafood. Also intriguing is the combination with first courses based on tender and fragrant vegetables, perhaps enriched with fresh cheeses.
