The wine
"La Fontaine" is a locality ideally oriented for the production of great white wines of Châteauneuf du Pape. The plot is in northern exposure on clay-limestone slopes. It is very well ventilated, facing the wind (mistral). This sector allows Roussanne to have a slow but optimal maturity while maintaining a magnificent freshness of the wine.
