Gianfranco Fino Primitivo di Manduria Sé

The Sé, produced by Gianfranco Fino, is a full-bodied and vigorous Primitivo di Manduria, able to bring out the Apulian terroir to the maximum, like the other wines of this winery, thanks to the elegance it releases. At sight it has a brilliant ruby red color; fruity notes of cherry and wild berries intertwine with balsamic hints of Mediterranean scrub, composing an intense and structured aromatic bouquet. The sip is soft and silky, enveloping and balanced. Long finish characterized by freshness. It goes well with meat dishes and mushroom risotto.
