The wine
Serrocielo is a fresh and fragrant straw-yellow wine with bright green reflections. The intense and aromatic scent presents warm aromas of banana peel, with nuances of white flowers and a mineral background of a certain austerity. The taste is intense and abundant, decidedly fresh and mineral. The finish, clean and aromatic, leaves a nice memory of fresh Mediterranean fruit. Recommended to accompany the classics of seafood: clam sauté, shrimp salad, stuffed mussels and shellfish spaghetti.
