A true jewel

The guys of Envínate can't make a poor wine even if they tried, but here they have surpassed even themselves. This is as pure and mineral a wine as one is likely to find: here, you have the flinty aromas of the volcanic Tenerife soil and the lemony, briny salt from the sea. Nevertheless there is a subtle creamy feel to the mid-palate that slowly gives way to a mineral, chalky, salty texture that is truly sublime.

Palo Blanco es un vino de viñas centenarias de Listán blanco con una aromaticidad distinta a los vinos blancos que uno está acostumbrado a beber: piedra foguera, hierbas aromáticas, cítricos y una acidez linear y eléctrica. No apto para todo los públicos!
