Domìni Veneti Valpolicella Classico Rosso is a genuine and enveloping wine, with a bright garnet color. The nose opens with fruity notes of black cherry and violets, and then ranges towards hints of spices, graphite, dark chocolate and tobacco. Round and refined on the palate, it is warm, extraordinarily fresh and with a velvety tannic texture. On the table, it goes well with pasta dishes with meat sauce, with braised red meat or sleeping game, with seasoned and spicy cheeses.
