The grapes of the “Riva del Molino” come from a vineyard that in the 19th century bordered an old mill which was the fulcrum of peasant life of the time. Today this vineyard is located in the Classic area of the Gambellara Doc. The best grapes with a slight over-ripening on the plant are wisely selected in the vineyard, harvested with extreme care and carefully pressed delicately in the cellar. The wine is aged in barrels for a short period to give the wine an even greater structure and taste-olfactory complexity. Deep straw yellow color. Floral scent and elegant mineral notes. Balanced, full and full-bodied flavor. Aging potential 6-8 years. To combine with appetizers and various first courses, excellent with fish, also pleasant with white meats.
