The light, sunny slopes of the Berici Hills guarantee ideal conditions for our “Casara Roveri Merlot”. The clayey, fertile and warm soils give life to a fruity and concentrated wine with an excellent aging potential that reaches 10 years. Casara Roveri is a wine of great power, velvety, intense and full. The notes of ripe fruit are accompanied by herbaceous flavors and full-bodied but velvety tannins creating a pleasantly complex structure. The color is intense ruby red. The scent is of blueberry and flowers with a pleasant vanilla note. Soft and velvety flavor with a wealth of sweet and elegant tannins. Aging potential 8-10 years. It is recommended with game and various red meat dishes.
