The wine
This sparkling wine is obtained by pressing the typical Ortrugo grapes harvested by hand in our vineyards. It has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose expresses delicate finesse and at the same time complexity, with a characteristic perfume, the taste is dry and structured but soft and harmonious with a strong character. It is a pleasant wine, good drinkability for any occasion.
