Cortaccia Pinot Bianco Hofstatt

The Hofstatt hamlet is located above the village of Cortaccia. Refreshing evening descending winds result in significant temperature differences between day and night and create an ideal and breezy microclimate. This Pinot Bianco has a light and brilliant greenish yellow color; on the nose there are refined notes of golden apple and floral scents. On the palate it is soft and inviting with good acidity and freshness. Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish-based dishes.
