The wine
The king of Sartiglia, the ancient equestrian merry-go-round of Oristano, is "Su Componidori", the one who commands the race to the star and guides the other riders in trying their luck after him. The taste is warm, harmonious and full, like the taste of victory. The scent is that of the flowery almond tree, perfect to accompany the typical Sardinian sweets. But in addition to being an exquisite dessert wine, Componidori proves to be a great aperitif, which goes well with mullet bottarga.
