Ceci Otello Extradry White is a sparkling wine produced in Emilia Romagna; at sight it has a crystalline straw yellow color. The nose is intense and complex, with a large bouquet, from a spring flower such as rose or hawthorn, to fresh fruit, from herbaceous and aromatic hints to marked vegetal notes. Vanilla pastry fragrance on the finish. On the palate it is fresh and moderately savory, it has a good persistence and a light and splendid bitter note at the end. Perfect as an aperitif, it always amazes for its extreme versatility. Excellent throughout the meal, with first courses based on pasta, second courses of fish or white meat, or even a summer and fragrant dessert.
