The wine
Cavallotto Nebbiolo is a pleasant garnet red wine. The nose is expressed on intense aromas of red fruit, spices and flowers, with a clear mineral appeal. In the mouth, it opens with a beautiful body and good balance, wrapping the palate with fruity notes on a beautiful acid and mineral texture, with well-mixed tannins. Closes harmonic and fine. It goes wonderfully with red, grilled or roasted meats, and with mature and hard cheeses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC

Cavallotto
Produced since 1948, Cavallotto's Bricco Boschis of is one of the symbols of the Barolo from Castiglione Falletto, so much so that the owners wanted to adopt it as the company's name.
