Cascina Chicco Metodo Classico Cuvée Zero Rosé

The grape used is among the most famous in Piedmont, with a dégorgement zéro dosage. The color is pale pink, tending to powder and onion skin. The perlage is very fine and persistent. The scent recalls the characteristics of the variety, raspberry and bread crust. In the mouth it is dry, persistent with fresh and pleasant flavor. Ideal as an aperitif and excellent for enhancing raw and marinated fish, as well as beaten veal and shellfish.
