Cascina Ballarin Langhe Bianco

Mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and only a small percentage of favorita, which gives the wine a touch of acidity; from these grapes an original white is born, atypical in a land with a redist vocation, but luckily for us, the Viberti brothers are not afraid to walk paths not yet beaten.

In the glass the wine moves slowly and shows an excellent consistency, forming slow and abundant tears on the walls of the glass. On the nose we perceive hints of ripe fruit, herbaceous notes and strong whiffs of aromatic herbs (thyme and rosemary) while on the palate we encounter a full wine with good acidity and flavor to enliven the sip.
