Can Axartell Corum Blanco

Straw yellow in color with golden notes, which are the result of aging for 10 months in fudre. On the nose it reflects a high aromatic intensity, fruit of the terpenic richness of the Malvasía variety. Its aging in French oak fudre and the work of the fine lees to keep them in suspension, complement the varietal notes with nuances of vanilla, cream and dried fruit. It results in an aroma of great complexity, where the floral notes are mixed with memories of stone fruit and tropical tones, accompanied at the end by the spicy notes of French oak.

It stands out for its great length in the mouth, the fruit of the good intrinsic acidity that Malvasía naturally possesses. It has a wide and silky attack, the result of prolonged aging on the lees. In addition, French oak gives it a certain structure that generates complexity and intensity. In general it is a very enveloping wine, with a character of predominant freshness, but without losing the friendly sensations of the Mediterranean essence.
