The wine
Arzenton Pinot Grigio is a delicate and versatile white. It is presented in the glass of a deep straw yellow color. On the olfactory examination it offers memories of elderberry blossoms, aromas of banana apple that return with fragrance on the palate, sweetened by soft almond notes. Excellent paired with fish dishes in general, but also as an aperitif. Try it with carpaccio of grouper with fennel.
