The more the years pass, the more that of the Antoniotti, Mattia and dad Odilio, becomes the Bramaterra of reference. The company, very small but in extension, belongs to the ViniVeri circuit and every year produces a sample wine of the appellation. Vivid and bright ruby red, from authentic Nebbiolo with great vigor, the nose reveals, especially when young, a clear floral and violet texture, with hints of wild berries and ample spicy echoes of pepper, tobacco and cinnamon. The palate is still fruity and with indomitable tannins, but the minerality, typical of highland Bramaterra, gives cleanliness and precision to the sip, which hints at shades of rose, raspberry, currant, licorice and aromatic herbs. It goes well with red meats, well-seasoned hard cheeses, and in general with Piedmontese cuisine of meat and game.

Great wine!
Aromas dark spice, rose and wild berry lift out of the glass, The structured palate offers red-cherry, raspberry and star anise flavors set against a backbone of refined tannins.
