The wine
A winery practising organic farming with a CCPAE (Catalan Council for Organic Agriculture) certificate.
Bright, cherry-red in colour with violet glints and purplish hues, the nose reveals varietal aromas with notes of raspberries, violets and oak-wood. Fresh and refined on the palate, it shows length on the aftertaste.
Aged for 6 months in French (80%) and Hungarian (20%) oak barrels. Subsequent rest for 4 months in bottle.
