Nikoladze Wine Cellar has been a key location in the artisanal Georgian wine scene, as the founded Ramaz Nikoladze has mentored and supported many young winemakers and connected Georgia to European markets. He uses ancient Georgian techniques in his winemaking and harvests rare grape varieties with organic practices. Nikoladze Wine Cellar is a member of the Natural Wine Association.
