Passion and craftsmanship are the watchwords with which Beppe Pescaja manages his oenological creature. Sun, heart and soul, the backbone of values that make up the poetic business plan, are combined excellently with a high level of technology in the cellar, which produces a range of territorial and genuine wines also precise and impeccable. The heart of the denomination is Terre Alfieri, where Pescaja works the white grapes (Arneis in prevalence) on sandy soils and the red grapes on limestone, among which the Barbera stands out. The Arneis is presented in the two the territorial interpretations of Roero and Terre Alfieri, the latter is vigorous, subtle and minerally. The Barbera typically treads the Asti path, in a fresh and crisp version, the Soliter, and in a deeper and more complete one, the Solneri.
