Adega Pazos de Lusco

Adega Pazos de Lusco is a winery located in Salvaterra do Miño, Galicia, which was established in 1996 by the proprietors of Dominio de Tares. Their primary objective was to produce high-quality white wines using the region's predominant grape variety, Albariño. 

The winery is situated in the Condado de Tea sub-region of Rías Baixas, a mountainous area close to the Portuguese border, with optimal conditions for vine cultivation using natural methods.

A beautifully restored 16th-century mansion, Pazo Piñeiro, is the site of the winery, which is surrounded by 6 hectares of vineyards and protected by a forest that extends up the mountain. 

Adega Pazos de Lusco was built with cutting-edge technology to produce exceptional white wines while retaining the vineyard's originality. The winery is distinguished by its unpretentiousness, with a comfortable work environment and a section for conducting micro-vinifications, all in compliance with the vineyard's overall identity.
