Review

Vietti Barbera d'Alba Tre Vigne is a vigorous and important red. In the glass it has a purple-red color with light blue shades. The nose reveals aromas of blackberry, raspberry and blueberry combined with mineral hints. In the mouth it reveals a medium body, soft tannins, moderate acidity and good balance. Recommended in combination with grills. Also excellent with a pizza or to enhance a good pasta dish seasoned with light sauces.

  • Optimum serving temperature:Between 16ºC and 18ºC

Great wine

Dark ruby. Medium bodied, beautiful dark cherry nose with hints of raspberry and blackberry and violet. Gorgeous mouthfeel, silky and supple with nice tannic backbone.

Superbe

Très beau vin, à la douceur raffinée. Première découverte, sans déception ! Sans aucun doute une bouteille à conseiller et à recommander !

Fruity

I liked this wine. It is very fruity and easy to drink. Typical barbera and it is very different than nebbiolo.

In 1957 Alfredo Currado married Luciana Vietti and since 1960, after the death of his father-in-law, the family business continued, focusing production more and more towards high quality and positioning the winery among the best in the Langhe, ...
