Terlano Pinot Nero

Pinot Nero di Terlano is an elegant wine, characterized by captivating aromas. At sight it is cinnabar red in color; fruity notes of blackberries, blueberries and cherries intertwine with hints of licorice and undergrowth notes, creating a fresh and inviting aromatic bouquet. On the palate this Pinot Noir enhances the balance between a fruity fullness and a slightly tannic structure, a harmony that gives this wine strong mineral notes and great elegance. Excellent paired with red meat dishes; it goes well with kid roast on celery and carrot puree, lamb cutlet on herb risotto or also with trout with miller on boiled vegetables.
